(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 28일, 최근 시청 창의실에서 남동경 부천 부시장 주재로 주요 세입 22개 부서장이 참석한 가운데 ‘세입증대특별 전담(TF)팀’ 대책 보고회를 게최했다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 보고회에서는 상반기 세입 전반에 대한 분야별 총괄 보고와 함께, 주요 세입 부서의 성과발표와 세입 증대 우수사례를 공유하고 하반기 징수 실적 제고 방안에 대해 논의했다.
이는 세정과의 구조변경 차량 큐알(QR) 코드 활용 카카오톡 신고, 기후에너지과의 선택등기제 활용, 주차지도과의 체납차량 추적·표적 영치 추진 등 다양한 우수사례를 공유하는 계기가 됐다.
남동경 부천 부시장은 “민생회복 소비쿠폰 지급, 지역화폐 확대 운영 등으로 대규모 세출 수요가 늘고 있다”며, “부서별 여건에 맞는 다양한 징수 기법을 발굴해 하반기 세입 목표 달성에 힘을 모아달라”고 말했다.
지난 1월 출범한 ‘세입증대특별 전담(TF)팀’은 세입 확대를 위해 자체 세입원 확보, 체납징수 강화, 효율적 공유재산 관리 총 세 분야로 나눠 운영하고 있다.
한편, 부천시는 6월 말 기준 지방세 3,530억 원, 세외수입 1,264억 원을 징수했다.
앞으로도 ‘세입증대특별 전담(TF)팀’을 통해 세입 목표액 대비 징수 실적을 정기적으로 점검하고, 목표 달성에 차질이 없도록 최선을 다할 계획이다.
