실제 대구상공회의소가 지역 제조업체를 대상으로 실시한 조사에서도, 82.3%의 기업이 에너지 가격 상승으로 경영 부담을 호소하고 있으며, 그 가운데 68.4%는 정부나 지자체로부터 어떤 형태의 지원도 받지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
이 의원은 이러한 상황의 근본 원인으로 정책 정보 접근성의 한계를 꼽았다. 기업들의 현실을 충분히 반영하지 못한 일률적 지원 방식이 문제라는 분석이다. 이에 따라 업종별 특성을 반영한 고효율 설비 지원, 기업 현장을 직접 찾아가는 설명회 확대, 그리고 관련 부서 간 협업 기반의 통합관리 시스템 구축 등을 대안으로 제시했다.
