공주시, 제6기 주민참여예산위원회 공식 출범

충남 공주시(시장 최원철)는 지난 28일 시청 대백제실에서 ‘제6기 주민참여예산위원회’ 위촉식을 열고, 시민이 직접 예산 편성에 참여하는 제도 운영의 본격적인 시작을 알렸다.

이번에 구성된 제6기 위원회는 총 53명으로, 공개모집을 통해 선발된 시민 31명을 비롯해 읍면동 주민참여예산 지역위원회에서 추천한 16명, 그리고 관련 기관의 추천을 받은 6명으로 다양하게 구성됐다. 시는 위원 선발과정에서 대표성과 전문성을 함께 고려해 지역 현안에 실질적으로 기여할 수 있는 인적 구성을 이끌어냈다고 설명했다.
