넷째, 정강정책을 민생 중심으로 개편하고, 보수의 언어를 경제, 복지, 교육, 노동 등 생활정치 중심으로 옮겨야 한다.
다섯째, 보수도 중도 어젠다를 선점할 수 있다는 걸 보여주어야 한다. 귀족노조를 비판하는 동시에 하청·비정규직을 품는, 전략적 확장력이 필요한 시점이다.
