【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청은 '2025년 8월말 퇴직교원 정부포상 전수식'을 개최했다고 28일 밝혔다.
이날 오후 2시 시교육청 행복관에서 열린 행사를 통해 교육 발전에 기여한 공·사립 퇴직교원 304명이 정부 포상을 수상했다.

전수식은 강은희 교육감의 훈·포상 전수 및 치사, 대진중학교 관악오케스트라와 대구율금초등학교 합창단의 축하공연 순서로 진행됐다.
황조근정훈장 수상자인 곽희성 대구감천초등학교 교장은 투철한 사명감과 책임감을 바탕으로 초등교육 발전에 헌신하며, 끊임없는 연구와 실천을 통해 교수학습 방법 개선 및 미래인재 육성에 크게 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.
홍조근정훈장을 받는 구나경 대구성남초등학교 교장은 청렴과 품위를 지키며 사랑과 헌신으로 학생들을 지도하고 인성교육에 힘써 건강한 성장을 도모했으며, 소통과 협의를 통한 학교문화 형성에 기여했다.
녹조근정훈장 수상자인 강영훈 원화여자고등학교 교장은 과학중점학교 선정과 우수한 운영에 기여했고, 학생 및 교직원들과의 활발한 소통으로 학교폭력예방 우수교 선정 및 행복한 학교문화 조성에 공헌했다.
옥조근정훈장을 받는 권경임 대구송정초등학교 교감은 학생의 능력과 관심, 흥미와 적성 등의 다양한 특성을 고려한 개별화된 교육과정을 적용·발전시켜 창의적인 학교 교육과정 운영에 기여했다.

대통령표창을 받는 김연우 대구부계초등학교 교감은 학생의 학교생활 적응력을 높이고, 다양한 주제로 학생 눈높이에 맞는 보건교육을 실시해 학생들의 자기건강관리능력 향상에 기여했다.

강은희 교육감은 "우리 아이들을 위해 아낌없이 보여주신 숭고한 희생과 남다른 열정에 진심으로 감사드린다"면서 "교육현장을 떠나시더라도 대구교육발전을 위해 지속적인 관심을 부탁드린다"고 말했다.
