【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시의회 이재화 의원이 ‘대구광역시 음식판매자동차 영업장소 지정 및 관리 등에 관한 조례안’을 대표 발의했다.
이번 조례는 음식판매자동차 영업 활성화를 지원하고, 청년과 취약계층의 창업 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
문화시설, 관광특구, 국가·대구시 주최 행사장, 공공용재산, 전통시장, 상권활성화구역 등 다양한 장소를 영업장소로 지정할 수 있는 근거를 담았다.
취업애로 청년, 차상위계층, 사회적기업·협동조합, 지역자활센터 등은 시설사용계약 시 우선 고려하도록 했다.
조례안은 '식품위생법 시행규칙' 별표 15의2에 따른 위임 사항과 음식판매자동차 영업에 필요한 내용을 체계적으로 규정한다.
주요 내용은 △영업장소 지정 및 신청 절차 △시설사용계약 우선사항과 영업기간 △영업 시 준수사항 △영업신고 표시 △의무 불이행 시 조치 △관계 기관 협력체계 구축 등이다.
이재화 의원은 “이번 조례안을 통해 음식판매자동차 영업이 체계적으로 관리되면서도 청년과 취약계층에게 새로운 창업 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
아울러 “관련 행정기관과 공공단체 간 협력체계를 구축해 지역경제 활성화와 일자리 창출에 크게 기여할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.

Daegu City Council Member Lee Jae-hwa has proposed the "Daegu Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Designation and Management of Food Vending Vehicle Vendor Sites."

Councilman Lee Jae-hwa said, "I expect this ordinance will systematically manage food vending trucks while also providing new entrepreneurial opportunities for young people and vulnerable groups."
He added, "By establishing a cooperative system between relevant administrative agencies and public organizations, we will significantly contribute to revitalizing the local economy and creating jobs."
