대통령 권력을 비롯한 국회 수적 우세를 앞세운 집권세력의 입법 폭주와 사법 농단 획책이 지속되는 가운데 국민적 우려도 날로 깊다. 이에 장풍2030 강원지부는 오는 12월 14일 오후 3시 춘천 팔호광장에서 이재명 재판 재개 촉구 ‘범시민운동본부 춘천발대식' 및 '장풍2030 강원지부' 창립대회를 동시에 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이재명 재판의 지연·중단 사태로 인한 국민적 불신이 깊어지는 가운데, 춘천이 다시 한 번 사법정의 전선을 공식화하는 선언문도 발표될 예정이다. 또한 시민연대 서명운동 개시 및 강원 전역으로 확산하는 행동 계획도 담는다.
이날 행사에서 발표될 주최 목적과 핵심 메시지엔, 재판 지연 문제 지적 및 사법 신뢰 회복을 요구하는 '사법 정의 구현 촉구'와 '청년의 정치 참여 확대'로 요약된다. 특히 “법치는 선택이 아니다. 공정한 재판을 즉시 속개하라!”며 “청년이 움직이면 강원이 바뀐다"고 호소한다.

첫째, 사법부는 즉각 이재명 재판을 재개하라! 정의는 멈추지 않아야 한다. 재판 지연은 곧 사법 포기이며, 그 피해는 고스란히 국민에게 돌아간다. 더 이상의 지연과 회피는 국민이 용납하지 않을 것이다.
둘째, 정치권은 사법 절차에 대해 개입하거나 왜곡하려는 시도를 중단하라! 누구도 법 위에 군림할 수 없으며, 사법정의를 흔드는 모든 외압은 기록되고, 반드시 역사 앞에서 심판받을 것이다.
셋째, 춘천대첩의 정신으로 전국적 시민운동을 전개한다! 춘천에서 시작해 강원 전역과 대한민국 전역으로 투쟁을 확산하겠다. 춘천의 움직임이 전국적 국민운동의 불씨가 될 것이다.
