브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 스마일게이트는 MMORPG(다중 접속역할수행게임) ‘로스트아크’의 OST 앨범 ‘Dear Friends’를 국내외 주요 음원 사이트를 통해 정식 발매했다고 9일 밝혔다. 이번 앨범에는 가수 효린이 참여했다.
이번 앨범의 제목이자 타이틀곡인 Dear Friends는 이날 정오부터 △멜론 △플로 △지니 △바이브 △애플뮤직 △스포티파이 △유튜브 뮤직 등 국내외 주요 음원 플랫폼을 통해 감상할 수 있다.
Dear Friends는 지난해 12월에 업데이트된 카제로스와의 최후의 결전을 중심으로 전개되는 에피소드 ‘심연의 끝을 마주한 자’에 처음 등장한 곡으로, 로스트아크 1부 여정의 마침표를 표현한다.
로스트아크를 대표하는 캐릭터 ‘아만’의 서사를 담아 억압된 운명에서 벗어나 흘리는 눈물과 간절한 염원, 소중한 친구를 향한 그리움의 감정을 섬세하게 풀어내고, 가수 효린의 애절한 보이스로 감정을 극대화하며 곡 전체에 깊은 여운을 더했다.
스마일게이트는 이번 앨범의 정식 발매에 앞서 지난 해 12월 31일과 1월 7일에 로스트아크 공식 유튜브 채널을 통해 Dear Friends의 원곡과 영문 버전, 반주 버전인 ‘Inst’ 음원을 순차 공개했다.
스마일게이트는 Dear Friends 음원을 통해 발생하는 수익금 전액을 도움이 필요한 곳에 기부할 예정이다.
