정부는 30일 오전 10시 30분에 정부서울청사에서 관계부처 합동 브리핑을 개최하고, 대상자 선정기준, 신청 방법 및 지급 방안을 담은 ‘코로나 상생 국민지원금 세부시행계획’을 발표했다.
국민지원금은 2021년 6월 부과 본인부담 건강보험료 가구별 합산액이 선정기준 이하인 경우를 지원대상으로 한다.
특히, 1인 가구와 맞벌이 가구는 가구별 특성을 고려해 특례가 적용됐다. 1인 가구는 고령자와 비경제활동 인구가 많은 특성을 고려해 직장가입자 기준 연소득 5800만원에 해당하는 건강보험료로 상향 조정됐다.
가구 내 소득원이 2인 이상인 맞벌이 가구는 가구원 수를 1명 추가한 선정기준표를 적용하되, 지역가입자는 2020년 종합소득 300만원 이상인 경우를 소득원으로 봤다.
