브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= CJ그룹의 식자재 유통 및 단체급식 전문기업 CJ프레시웨이가 지난 16일 서울특별시 중구청과 어린이들을 대상으로 ‘크리스마스 케이크’ 쿠킹클래스를 진행했다.
이날 쿠킹클래스에는 서울시 중구 어린이집 소속 영유아와 학부모들이 참석했으며, 서양호 서울 중구청장도 자리해 인사를 나눴다. 서울 중구청은 영유아의 성장 발달을 위해 건강한 먹거리를 제공하는 데 노력하며, CJ프레시웨이와 다양한 협업을 이어가고 있다.
쿠킹클래스에 참여한 아이들은 CJ프레시웨이 전문 셰프의 시연에 따라 ‘크리스마스 케이크 만들기’ 키트로 손쉽게 케이크를 만들며 즐거운 시간을 보냈다.
CJ프레시웨이의 키즈용 크리스마스 케이크 만들기 키트는 케이크 시트, 생크림, 마카롱 등의 식재료가 모두 포함돼있고, 방부제를 넣지 않고 저당 제품들을 활용했다.
이번 쿠킹클래스는 서울시 중구 어린이집의 급식, 위생, 안전 등을 모니터링하는 ‘맘마미아 모니터링단’ 활동을 지원하고, 영유아 식습관 개선 교육 차원에서 마련됐다.
