브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 제너시스비비큐가 이달 22일과 24일 양일 간에 걸쳐 패럴림픽 선수단이 훈련을 진행하고 있는 이천 선수촌에 160박스의 BBQ 치킨을 전달하고, 곧 개막하는 동계 패럴림픽에서 대한민국 선수단의 선전을 기원하고 응원했다.
패럴림픽 선수단에 전달된 160박스의 치킨은 모두 인근 이천 마장면의 제너시스BBQ 치킨대학에서 메뉴개발을 담당하는 세계식문화과학기술원 직원들과 교육생들이 응원하는 마음을 담아 직접 조리한 것으로 선수촌으로 바로 배송됐다.
이번 동계 패럴림픽은 다음달 4일부터 10일간 중국 베이징, 옌칭, 장자커우에서 진행된다. 우리나라는 선수 32명을 포함한 선수단 총 82명을 파견, 파라아이스하키와 휠체어컬링을 포함한 6개 전 종목에 출전할 예정이다.
