브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 대통령 당선인은 31일 "LTV(주택담보대출비율) 등으로 생애 첫 주택을 마련하고자 하는 국민에게 정부가 숨통을 틔워 줘야한다"며 "청년들의 미래를 생각해 과감하게 접근하고 발상의 전환을 이뤄달라"고 당부했다.
생애 최초 주택 구매자 등에 대한 LTV 규제를 과감히 완화해달라는 주문이다.
윤석열 당선인은 이날 대통령직인수위원회 경제분과 업무보고를 받는 자리에서 "국민들의 내집 마련 문턱을 낮추고 과도한 세금 부담을 덜어드릴 수 있도록 힘써달라"며 이같이 밝혔다고 김은혜 당선인 대변인이 전했다.
윤 당선인은 또 코로나19 관련 추가경정예산과 관련해 "국가가 개인에게 영업시간 제한과 집합금지를 강제할 때는 재산권 제한에 대한 손실보상을 해드린다는 당연한 전제가 바탕이 돼야 한다"며 "(정부 예산의) 불필요한 지출의 구조조정으로 대출 지원·신용 보증·재취업 교육 지원 등을 포함한 50조원 손실보상이 이뤄져야 한다"고 강조했다.
그러면서 "세계 다른 나라들도 적극적인 채무조정과 금융지원으로 코로나 위기를 극복해 왔다. 저도 선거 때부터 국가의 손실보상 책무를 강조해왔다"고 덧붙였다.
윤 당선인은 아울러 기업 성장을 돕기위한 금융세제 지원 방안 마련도 주문했다.
