군은 지방세 체납 정리단 구성 및 체납세액 책임징수제 운영을 통해 올해 말까지 체납징수목표액인 14억 4000만원을 징수하기 위해 총력을 기울일 계획이다.
이를 위해 각 읍·면에 현수막·입간판 설치, 출무회의 등을 통해 체납액 일제정리 집중 기간을 홍보하고, 체납고지서를 발송해 체납자 스스로 체납액을 납부할 수 있는 분위기를 조성해 나갈 방침이다.
지방세 체납 정리단은 부동산, 예금, 급여, 신용카드 매출채권 등을 압류·추심하는 등 체계적인 체납처분 추진과 관허사업 제한, 신용정보 등록, 출국금지 등 다양한 행정제재를 강화하여 성실납세자와의 형평성 문제를 해결할 계획이다.
특히, 차량 번호판 영치반이 주택가, 아파트단지, 주차 밀집지역, 대로변 등지에서 무선영치시스템을 탑재한 차량을 이용하여 체납차량의 번호판 영치활동을 수시로 하고 고질체납차량은 인도 및 공매처분 할 예정이다.
김중만 재무과장은 “고질·상습체납자에게는 강력한 징수활동을 전개하는 한편, 일시적으로 경제적 위기를 겪고 있는 어려운 체납자에게는 분납이나 체납처분을 유예하는 등 납세자 맞춤형 징수활동을 실시할 것”이라며 군민들의 납부 협조를 당부했다.
