[브레이크뉴스=정철규기자] 진주시는 주거공동체 기반을 마련하기 위해 ‘2022년 공동주택 공동체 활성화 사업(신규) 및 노후 공용시설개선 사업(추가)’ 공모를 시행한다.
이번 진주시의 공동체 활성화 사업대상 공동주택은 123개소이며, 노후 공용시설개선 사업대상은 83개 단지이다.
공동체 활성화 사업은 주민소통·화합활동, 친환경 실천·체험활동, 취미·건강활동, 교육·보육활동 등 다양한 분야를 공모해 시는 사업 진행을 위한 보조금을 지원한다.
진주시는 위드 코로나 시대의 진정한 공동체 의미를 되새기기 위한 작은 음악회, 소규모 취미활동, 문화강좌 및 입주민 공모전 등 다양한 공동체 활성화 사업을 이번 공모를 통해 발굴해 시행할 예정이다.
이번사업은 20일부터 오는 8월 3일까지 2주간의 공고기간을 거친 후 오는 8월 4일부터 8월 10일까지 신청서를 접수, 공동주택지원 심의위원회의 심사를 거쳐 8월 중 최종 사업을 선정한다.
진주시 관계자는 “주거환경 개선을 통해 더욱 안전하고 살기 좋은 아파트를 만들 수 있도록 이번 공모에 많은 참여와 관심을 부탁한다”고 말했다.
