브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 31일 보도자료를 통해 지난 29일 성남시 수정구에 위치한 ‘수진1구역 재개발정비사업’에서 메가시티사업단(대우건설(주관,50%), 현대건설(30%), DL이앤씨(20%))이 시공사로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
메가시티사업단은 ‘수진1구역 재개발사업’의 총회에서 토지등소유자 총 2645명 중 1901명이 투표에 참석한 가운데, 1583명의 찬성표를 얻어 최종 시공사로 선정됐다.
수진1구역 재개발사업은 26만1828㎡의 부지에 지하7층~지상15층 아파트 57개동에 공동주택 5668세대와 부대복리시설을 신축하는 사업으로 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 시행하는 대규모 재개발 정비사업이다. 총 공사금액 1조5585억이며 이중 대우건설(지분율 50%)은 7793억원을 수주하며, 올 한해 정비사업 누적수주액 총 3조8380억원을 달성했다.
