[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] (사)한국후계농업경영인김해시연합회는 23일 율하체육관에서 후계농업경영인 회원과 가족의 화합과 친목을 다지기 위해 '제30회 김해시 후계농업경영인 화합한마당대회'를 개최했다.
코로나19 여파로 3년 만에 개최된 이번 행사에는 홍태용 김해시장과 류명열 김해시의회 의장, 유관기관 및 농업단체 관계자 등 100여명의 내빈과 후계농업경영인 회원 300명 등 총 400여명이 참석했다.
이날 대회에서는 농업발전 유공 후계농업경영인 22명에게 표창과 감사패가 수여됐고 농업경영인 회원 자녀에게 장학금이 전달됐다. 또 화합한마당 행사로 체육행사와 장기자랑, 경품 추첨 등이 진행돼 화합과 친목을 다졌다.

홍태용 시장은 격려사에서 “지역 농업 발전을 선도하고 있는 후계농업경영인 여러분과 함께 농업 경쟁력을 확보하고 친환경농업단지 조성, 스마트팜 단지 조성 등 지속가능한 농업 발전을 위해 함께 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
안창용 후계농업경영인김해시연합회장은 “이번행사를 통해 후계농업경영인들이 농업정보를 교환하고 화합과 우정을 다져 지역농업 발전에 이바지할 것으로 기대한다"며 "앞으로도 후계농업경영인 김해시연합회가 김해농업 경쟁력 향상의 핵심 주체이자 선도 농업인으로 책임을 다할 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
