국토교통부는 14일 ‘청년·서민 주거안정을 위한 공공주택 50만호 공급계획’ 및 ‘부동산 시장 현안 대응 방안’의 후속조치로 청약 제도를 일부 개편한다고 밝혔다.
연령계층별 실수요자들의 내 집 마련 기회를 확대하고, 최근 금리인상 등으로 인한 부동산 경기 상황을 고려해 무순위 청약 자격요건을 일부 완화하는 것이 주요 내용이다.
국토부에 따르면 현재 규제지역 내 중소형주택(85㎡ 이하)는 가점제 비율이 높아(투기과열지구 100%, 조정대상지역 75%), 부양가족이 적고 무주택기간이 짧은 청년 가구의 내집 마련 기회가 부족한 실정이다.
이에 청년 가구의 수요가 높은 주택에 대해서는 추첨제 비율을 상향 조정하고, 중장년 가구 수요가 많은 대형주택(85㎡ 초과)은 가점제를 확대한다는 방침이다.
