김해시, 신혼부부 전세자금 대출이자 지원

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 김해시는 무주택 신혼부부 주거비 부담 완화를 위해 전세자금 대출이자를 지원한다고 3일 밝혔다.

시는 450가구 지원을 목표로 신혼부부 전세자금 대출잔액의 1.5% 내에서 연 1회 최대 100만원까지 지원한다.

지원 요건을 보면 ?공고일(2023.1.2.) 기준 부부 모두 김해시에 거주 ?혼인 신고일 기준 5년 이내(미성년 2자녀 이상인 경우 7년 이내) ?기준 중위소득 180% 이하인 무주택 신혼부부라면 신청 가능하다.

다만, 기초생활수급자나 공공임대주택 거주자, 1촌 직계 혈족 및 그 배우자와 임대차계약을 체결한 경우 등은 지원 대상에서 제외된다.

지원 희망자는 다음 달 3일부터 24일까지 거주지 읍·면·동 행정복지센터로 신청서를 제출하면 되고 대상자 선정 시 4월 중 지원금이 지급될 예정이다.

강한순 공동주택과장은 “신혼부부 전세자금 대출이자 지원을 통해 신혼부부의 주거비 부담을 경감해 주거생활 안정에 기여하도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
