경남도의회 경제환경위원회, 찾아가는 의정활동 펼쳐

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도의회 경제환경위원회(위원장 김일수)는 12일 사회적경제 혁신타운 준공에 따른 시설현장을 확인하고자 2023년 첫 현지의정 활동에 나섰다.

이번 현지 확인은 최근 준공한 사회적경제 혁신타운을 방문해 연계기관 입주 상황 및 시설현장을 확인하고 현장에서 직접 현황 설명 등을 청취하기 위해 추진됐다.

사회적경제 혁신타운은 도내 사회적경제 활성화와 고용위기를 극복하고자 실시한 산업통상자원부 공모사업에 선정된 사업으로 지난해 12월 20일 준공되어 사회적경제기업, 사회적기업·협동조합 지원기관, 마을기업 지원기관, 로컬푸드판매장 등이 입주할 예정이다.

김일수 위원장은 “지난해 11월 행정사무감사 현지확인 차 사회적경제 혁신타운 조성현장을 방문한 이후 준공현장을 다시 확인하고자 현지활동을 추진하게 되었다”며, “혁신타운을 중심으로 사회적경제 생태계 저변 확대는 물론 청년창업 활성화 및 취약계층에 보다 많은 일자리가 제공될 수 있도록 우리 위원회에서도 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
