브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설이 건설업무의 핵심 데이터인 도면 관리의 효율성 향상 및 디지털화를 위해 스마트 도면 솔루션 ‘팀뷰’를 현장에 시범 적용한다.
‘팀뷰’는 롯데건설이 지난해 부산창조경제혁신센터와 ‘B.스타트업 오픈이노베이션 챌린지 프로그램’을 통해 발굴한 스타트업 ‘팀워크’에서 개발한 솔루션이다.
B.스타트업 오픈이노베이션 챌린지는 우수한 혁신 기술과 서비스를 가진 스타트업을 발굴해 대기업과의 협업, 시장 검증 기회 제공뿐만 아니라, 향후 사업 제휴 가능성을 이끌어 내기 위한 개방형 혁신(오픈이노베이션) 프로그램이다.
건설 현장은 설계 도면의 건축물을 3D로 구현하는 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 상당수 도입되고 있지만, 빠른 의사결정에는 여전히 2D도면이 효과적이기 때문에 두 솔루션을 병행해 사용하는 경우가 많다.
또한, 공사의 종류가 복잡한 현장의 경우 각각 다른 파트에서 도면을 그리기 때문에 서로 간섭되거나 변경 사항이 다른 도면에 반영되지 않는 경우가 빈번히 발생된다.
이를 위해 롯데건설이 도입한 ‘팀뷰’는 모바일 클라우드 기반의 실시간 협업 기능이 탑재돼 있다. 이러한 기능을 통해 사용자가 다른 도면으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있고, 도면 비교기능을 통해 변경된 부분이나 간섭사항을 쉽게 확인할 수 있다. 관련 도면 검색, 메모 공유 및 전달 등의 기능도 탑재돼 있다.
팀워크는 현재 본격적으로 투자가 이뤄지는 ‘프리A(Pre-A)’ 단계를 준비하면서 건설사와 추가 아이템 개발 및 기술 검증(PoC:proof of concept)을 진행하고 있다. 롯데건설은 이번 기술 검증을 통해 사용자 의견을 수렴하고 프로세스를 수립하여 적용 현장을 빠르게 확대할 계획이다.
롯데건설 기술연구원 관계자는 “팀뷰는 현장 공사업무뿐만 아니라 설계업무에서도 상당한 효율성 향상을 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 스타트업과 적극적인 협업을 통해 AI를 활용한 공정관리, 공사 시뮬레이션 등 다양한 업무 효율화 솔루션을 개발할 계획이다”고 말했다.
