군포시가 각 동 주민자치회 주최로 주민총회를 오는 8월 29일부터 9월 9일까지 개최해 2024년도 자치계획을 결정한다.
주민총회는 주민의 의사를 수렴해 직접 수립한 자치계획을 주민과 함께 논의해 결정하는 주민 공론장으로 지역 주민들의 다양한 의견과 아이디어를 모아 지역사회의 발전과 자치활동에 기여하는 의미있는 자리.
해당 동 주민이면 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 군포시 각 동에서 다양한 컨셉과 프로그램으로 진행된다.
주민총회는 8월 29일(화) 산본1동(산본1동 행정복지센터 2층, 오전 10시)을 시작으로 △금정동(금정동 행정복지센터 2층, 9월 1일(금) 오후 2시) △재궁동(군포시청소년수련관 4층(청소년어울림극장), 9월 1일 오후 3시) △군포2동(군포2동 행정복지센터 2층, 9월 1일 오후 4시) △오금동(오금동 행정복지센터 2층, 9월 2일(토) 오후 2시) △궁내동(묘향어린이공원, 9월 2일 오후 3시) △광정동(산본로데오거리, 9월 2일 오후 4시) △수리동(수리산 상상마을 대강당, 9월 8일(금) 오후 6시) △군포1동(군포역 광장, 9월 8일 오후 7시) △산본2동(능안공원, 9월 9일(토) 오후 2시) △대야동(둔대초등학교 체육관, 9월 9일 오후 3시) △송부동(부곡중앙초등학교 체육관, 9월 9일 오후 4시)으로 이어진다.
이번 총회에서는 ‘2024년도 동 단위 자치계획형 주민참여예산사업’ 계획안을 포함한 지역 현안·주민자치·민관협력 등에 관한 종합계획인 ‘마을자치계획을 논의할 예정이다.
동 주민자치회는 QR코드를 활용한 온라인 투표 및 현장 투표소를 운영하여 주민총회 당일 참석이 어려운 주민들의 의견을 수렴한다. 투표 결과는 주민총회 당일 현장에서 공개된다.
군포시 관계자는 “시민이 행정의 수혜자가 아닌 주체가 되는 장이 주민총회”라며 “생활 밀착형 주민참여 정책을 수립하는 주민총회에 많은 참여”를 바란다고 전했다.
하은호 군포시장은 “시민들의 협력과 참여가 군포 발전의 핵심”이라고 말한 바 있다.
