브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 직장인들이 가장 바라는 명절 관련 복지 1위는 ‘두둑한 상여금’인 것으로 조사됐다.
그러나, 추석에 상여금을 받는 직장인은 2명중 1명 꼴인 것으로 나타났다.
14일 잡코리아에 따르면 남녀 직장인 747명을 대상으로 ‘추석과 설 등에 회사로부터 받고 싶은 명절 관련 복지가 있는가’ 질문한 결과, 83.9%가 ‘추석과 설 명절 등에 두둑한 현금을 주는 것’이 최고의 복지라고 답했다.
이어 △명절 전후 유급휴가 지급(7.8%) △한우, 전복 등 집에 생색낼 수 있는 특급 선물(7.5%) 등이었다.
‘추석에 회사로부터 명절 상여금을 받는가’ 질문하자 44.8%의 직장인들이 ‘우리 회사는 추석에 상여금을 지급하지 않는다’고 답했다.
상여금 미지급 이유는 △직원 복지 항목 중 상여금 지급 관련 규정이 없기 때문(45.7%) △상여금 대신 명절 선물을 지급하기 때문(35.5%)이라고 답했다. 반면, ‘매출 감소 등 경영 상황으로 인해 지급하지 않는다’는 답변은 15.8%로 적었다.
추석에 회사로부터 상여금을 지급받는다고 답한 55.2%의 직장인들이 밝힌 상여금 액수는 평균 46만여 원인 것으로 집계됐다.
한편, 명절 전후 근무시간 변동에 대해서는 46.1%의 직장인들이 ‘명절이라고 해서 조기 퇴근 등의 혜택이 전혀 없다’고 답했다.
평소 보다 1~2시간 조기 퇴근한다고 답한 직장인은 29.9%였고, 명절 연휴 전날에는 오전 근무만 한다고 밝힌 이들은 18.1%였다. 명절 전날 하루 전체를 유급휴가 처리한다고 답한 직장인은 4.0%에 불과했다.
