사단법인 스포츠루다 조현 대표는 고교 야구 리그에서 뛰어난 실력을 보여준 최고의 타자와 투수를 선정하여 선수들의 노력과 재능을 인정하고 격려하기 위해 마련됐다.
우수투수상 수상자는 2024년 신인드래프트 전체 1번 장충고등학교 황준서 선수와 우수타자상 수상자는 이영민 타격상을 받은 도개고등학교 박지완 선수로 선정되었다.
스포츠루다는 후원금과 상패, 야구 용품(BMC글러브, 히코리배트)을 지원함으로써, 선수들의 동기부여와 잠재력을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 도왔다.
