(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 23일, 최근 효율적인 부천형 돌봄 사업 추진을 위해 보건·의료·요양·돌봄 등 민관 관계자와 간담회를 진행했다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 시는 이번 간담회를 통해 통합돌봄 사업에 참여하는 민관 부서(기관) 간 상호 협력을 강화하고 2024년 더 나은 시민 중심의 돌봄정책을 추진한다는 계획이다.
간담회는 건강보험공단(부천북부지사), 의원, 복지관, 지역자활센터, 재가센터, 협동조합, 3개 구청, 보건소, 복지정책과 등 다양한 분야별 담당자 50여 명이 참여해 사업발전을 위한 의견을 모았다.
2024년 추진계획 자료를 바탕으로 전년도 사업 경과와 개선점, 올해 역점 과제 및 체계별 역할, 주요 연계 서비스 등에 대해 공유하고, 대상자 발굴과 관리에 필요한 정보와 협조 사항 등을 안내하는 시간을 가졌다.
간담회에 참석한 보건 사업 관계자는 “다양한 분야의 담당자가 이렇게 한 자리에 모여 서로의 의견을 나누고 정보를 공유하는 시간이 매우 유익했다”며, “앞으로도 민과 관의 긴밀한 소통을 위해 간담회를 계속해서 이어가길 바란다”고 의견을 제시했다.
간담회를 총괄한 이소영 부천시 통합돌봄과장은 “지난해보다 개선·강화된 재택의료와 생활 서비스, 중간집 서비스 등을 돌봄이 필요한 어르신이 좀 더 가깝고 편리하게 이용하실 수 있도록 정책의 접근성을 높여갈 계획”이라며, “이를 위해서는 사업을 함께하는 각 부서와 기관의 정책 공감과 이해가 필수인 만큼, 긴밀한 협력을 통해 시민 중심 돌봄정책을 더욱 촘촘히 살필 것”이라고 말했다.
한편, 부천시는 늘어나는 돌봄 수요와 그에 따른 문제를 효과적으로 대응하고자 2019년부터 지역사회 통합돌봄 정책을 추진해 돌봄이 필요한 어르신이 집에서도 건강관리를 받으며 식사·이동·가사·주거환경개선 등의 다양한 서비스를 필요에 맞게 통합적으로 이용할 수 있는 시민 중심형 돌봄 전달체계를 조성하고 있다.
또한, 지난해에는 보건복지부 지역복지사업평가 지역사회 통합돌봄 서비스 제공 부문에서 ‘최우수 지자체’로 다시 한번 선정되면서 부천형 통합돌봄의 우수성을 인정받았다.
