(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 31일, 20년이 지난 노후 단독주택을 대상으로 집수리 보조금 지원사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 대상 지역은 재정비촉진지구 해제지구(소사, 원미, 고강) 및 쇠퇴지역이다.
지원 대상은 사용승인일로부터 20년 이상 지난 노후 단독주택의 지붕, 외벽, 방수, 담장, 반지하 침수피해 예방시설 등 집수리 공사 및 경관개선 비용이다.
다만, 세입자가 있는 경우는 세입자의 전차 계약일로부터 최소 4년 이상의 임차기간을 보장한다는 내용의 임대·임차인 협약서를 제출해야 한다.
공시가격 9억 이상의 단독주택, 다른 공공사업으로 예산을 지원받고 7년이 지나지 않은 경우, 내부 실내장식 또는 가구 교체 등 비용은 지원하지 않는다.
지원비용은 90%(최대 1200만원)이며 10%는 자부담이며, 아울러 기초생활수급자, 차상위계층, 한부모가정은 전액 지원한다.
신청서 및 제출서류를 작성해 오는 2월 21일까지 도시재생과 재생운영팀(부천시청 10층)으로 방문해 제출하면 된다.
