군포시, 2024년 평생교육협의회 개최

군포시(시장 하은호)가 지난 1월 30일 시청 소회의실에서 ‘2024년 평생교육협의회 회의’를 개최했다. 군포시는 회의에서 관내 평생학습 기관장 및 분야 전문가로 구성된 협의회 위원들과 함께 올해 평생교육 추진계획과 2025~2029년 평생교육 중·장기 발전계획 수립 계획에 대해 논의했다.

군포시는 이날 △군포다움의 시민맞춤 학습도시, △새로운 군포 미래지향 학습도시, △지역균형 발전 지속가능 학습도시라는 3개 전략과 그에 다른 36개 사업 등 2024년 평생교육 추진계획을 밝혔다.

군포시 2024년 평생교육 주요 사업은 베이비 부머의 인생의 재설계를 지원하는 △신중년 Re-born 사업 △행복캠퍼스 사업, 지역 사회와 대학을 연계하여 우수 교육 인프라를 제공하는 △군포 커뮤니티칼리지, 장애인의 평생학습권을 보장받을 수 있도록 하는 △장애인 평생학습도시 운영 사업 등 다양한 사업으로 구성됐다.

회의에 참석한 한 위원은 “시에서 많은 재정을 투입해 다양한 평생학습 사업을 선보이는 만큼 적극적으로 홍보해 많은 시민들이 평생학습의 기회를 얻을 수 있도록 노력해달라”며, “올해 처음 시행되는 ‘장애인 평생학습’ 사업에 대해 장애 유형 등을 잘 반영한 강좌로 구성하여 장애인 평생학습을 추진해달라”고 요청하였다.

하은호 군포시장은 “논의한 의견들을 평생교육사업에 잘 반영해 시민 모두가 언제, 어디서나 원하는 평생학습 기회를 제공받을 수 있도록 내실 있게 추진하겠다”고 말했다.

Gunpo City (Mayor Ha Eun-ho) held the ‘2024 Lifelong Education Council Meeting’ in a small conference room at City Hall on January 30th. At the meeting, Gunpo City discussed this year's lifelong education promotion plan and plans to establish a mid- to long-term lifelong education development plan for 2025 to 2029 with council members consisting of heads of lifelong learning institutions and experts in the field.

On this day, Gunpo City announced its lifelong education promotion plan for 2024, including three strategies and 36 other projects: △Gunpo-like citizen-customized learning city, △new Gunpo future-oriented learning city, and △sustainable learning city for balanced regional development.
