오기노(54) 감독을 영입한 OK금융그룹은 3년 만에 봄 배구 진출을 확정했다, 오기노 감독은 일본 남자배구 대표팀 아웃사이드 히터 출신으로 2017-2018시즌부터 2019-2020시즌까지 일본 리그 산토리 팀 감독을 역임했다.

그런 가운데, 현대캐피탈이 필립 블랑 감독을 영입하면서 내년 시즌에 어떤 변화와 성적을 거둘지 주목되고 있다.
