브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 엔씨소프트가 28일 경기도 성남시 분당구 엔씨소프트 R&D센터에서 제27기 정기 주주총회를 개최했다.
주주총회 의장을 맡은 박병무 공동대표 내정자는 인사말을 통해 “엔씨소프트는 게임 개발사로서 더 과감한 도전과 새로운 시도를 위해 공동대표 체제로 변환했다”며 “게임 경쟁력 및 글로벌 포트폴리오 강화, 조직 전반의 체질 개선을 함께 이뤄나갈 것이다”고 말했다.

엔씨소프트는 주주총회에서 연결재무제표 기준 매출 1조7798억 원, 영업이익 1373억 원, 당기순이익 2139억 원 등 2023년 주요 경영 실적을 보고했다.
사내이사로 김택진 대표, 박병무 대표 내정자를 선임했다. 엔씨소프트는 28일 오후 이사회를 열어 김택진, 박병무 공동대표를 정식 선임할 계획이다.
