원자력환경공단, 직무급제 공공기관 우수 등급 달성

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=한국원자력환경공단(이사장 조성돈)은 기획재정부의 ‘2023년도 직무중심보수체계 개편실적 점검 결과’에서 우수 등급을 달성했다고 2일밝혔다.

직무급제는 직무의 특성, 중요성, 난이도 등에 따라 직무의 상대적 가치를평가하고 그 결과에 따라 임금액을 결정하는 제도이다.

공단은 ‘22년 노사합의를 통한 직무급 도입 이후, 지난해에는 직무 정원제를 도입하고 직무중심의 인사관리방안을 마련하였으며 직무급 비중을 기존 14.4%에서 18.8%로 확대하는 등 직무·성과 중심의 보수체계를 강화해 나가고 있다.

또한, ‘24년에는 체계적인 직무 분석을 거쳐 직무 가치를 반영한 조직·인사 운영계획을 고도화하고 직원들의 직무 전문성과 직무성과 향상에 주력할 계획이다.

한편, 공단은 국민 눈높이에 부합하는 일 잘하고 청렴한 기관을 목표로 국민권익위 주관 2023년 공공기관 종합청렴도 평가에서 87개 공기업·준정부기관 중 유일하게 1등급을 달성한 바 있다.

한국원자력환경공단 조성돈 이사장은 “청렴한 준법·윤리경영과 직무·성과 중심의 경영시스템 고도화를 통해 국민에게 신뢰받는 공공기관으로 도약하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
