시민행복위원회, 민관협치사업 구체화 위한 전체회의 개최

민관협치기구인 시민행복위원회가 지난 6월 14일 협치위원과 행정부서 공무원 등 총 80여 명이 참석한 가운데 민관협치사업 추진을 위한 전체회의를 개최했다.

민관협치사업은 행정에서 제안한 협치사업으로 지난 5월 전문가 자문과 담당부서와의 회의 등을 거쳐 ‘궁내동 문화의 거리 재정비 사업’ 등 총 10개의 협치사업이 접수됐다. 이날 전체회의는 접수된 의제를 구체화, 사업화하기 위해 마련됐다.

이번 전체회의는 시민행복위원회 공동위원장(군포시장 하은호, 이정근 위원장)의 인사말, 협치 강의, 각 소위원회별 논의 등의 순서로 진행됐다. 각 소위원회는 민관협치사업에 대해 담당부서와 함께 민관의 역할, 추진계획, 세부일정 등을 공유하고 논의했다.

군포시는 이번 회의를 통해 민관협치위원회와 행정부서와의 협력의 중요성을 재확인하고, 논의된 협치사업이 성공적으로 추진 될 수 있도록 행정부서와 지속적인 소통과 협력을 통해 사업을 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

하은호 군포시장은 인사말에서 협치의 중요성을 강조하며 “민과 관이 함께 협력해야 군포가 더욱 살기 좋은 도시로 발전해 나갈 것”이라며 협치위원회의 역할을 당부했다.

The Citizen Happiness Committee, a public-private cooperation organization, held a plenary meeting on June 14 to promote public-private cooperation projects with a total of 80 people, including members of the cooperation committee and public officials from the administrative department, attending.

The public-private cooperation project is a cooperation project proposed by the administration. In May, a total of 10 cooperation projects, including the ‘Gungnae-dong Cultural Street Redevelopment Project’, were submitted through expert advice and meetings with the responsible department.
