(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천시 시립박물관이 오는 10월 27일까지 청일전쟁 발발 130주년을 맞아 ‘청일전쟁 130년, 다시 재(再)보다’전시를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
시립박물관에 따르면,‘청일전쟁 130년, 다시 재(再)보다’는 한중일 삼국 근대사의 전환점이자 한반도가 본격적으로 일본의 제국주의 침략 대상이 되었던 청일전쟁을 주제로 한 전시이다.
이번 전시는 청일전쟁의 원인과 전개 과정, 전후 변화 등을 550여 점의 유물과 영상, 석판화, 신문, 사진 등 다양한 자료를 통해 조명한다.
또, 청일전쟁 당시의 신문을 재현해 관람객들에게 생생한 역사적 경험을 제공한다.
전시는 청일전쟁에 대한 ‘착각, 사실, 전후사정’ 3부로 구성됐다.
1부 ‘착각’에서는 청과 일본의 전쟁 동기와 전개 과정, 보물선 고승호에 대한 내막을 보여준다.
2부 ‘사실’에서는 전쟁의 원인이 된 조선의 정세, 전쟁의 이름, 전쟁터가 된 조선의 모습을 보여주고 조선 땅에서 벌어진 전쟁을 따져보는 기회를 마련했다.
3부 ‘전후사정’에서는 승전국 일본, 패전국 청, 전쟁터 조선의 전후 사정과 개항도시 인천의 변모 과정을 보여즈며 아울러, 현재 청일전쟁을 바라보는 삼국의 시각을 생각하는 시간도 마련했다.
이번 전시는 130년 전 조선 땅에서 벌어졌던 청일전쟁을 이리저리 재보는 기회를 마련해 청일전쟁이 조선의 전쟁이며 역사였음을 생각할 수 있도록 했다.
전시의 끝부분에는 후기를 통해 청일전쟁이 일본의 제국주의 침략전쟁의 서막이었음을 강조했다.
