용인특례시, 지역 건축사회와 소통 간담회

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시는 지역 건축사회와 소통 간담회를 개최했다.

지난 24일 지역 건축사들의 애로사항을 청취하고 시의 건축 정책 방향을 설명하기 위해 기흥구 구갈동 기흥ICT밸리 대회의실에서 열었다.

시는 이 자리에서 주요 건축 정책 추진 방향을 설명하고 하반기 개정된 건축 관련 규정을 소개했다. 또 지역 발전을 위해 현장에서 느끼는 각종 제도의 불합리한 점을 개선할 수 있도록 건축사들과 의견을 주고받으며 발전 방안을 논의했다.

건축사회는 개발행위허가나 농지전용 협의 등 인허가를 받을 때 장기간 검토가 필요한 사항에 대해 보다 신속하게 처리할 수 있도록 해법을 모색하면 좋겠다고 했다.

또 건축법령을 해석하거나 합리적인 정책을 수립하기 위해 7월 신설된 주택정책과가 앞장서 주길 요청했다.

시는 건축사회의 제안을 검토해 향후 시 건축 정책을 수립하는 데 적극 반영할 방침이다.

시 관계자는 “지역 건축 분야 발전을 위해 노력하고 있는 건축사회와 긴밀히 소통하기 위해 간담회를 마련했다”며 “현장의 목소리를 경청하며 실효성 있는 건축 정책을 수립하도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
