[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도 감사위원회는 10월 10일 임산부의 날을 맞아 임산부 우선(전용)주차구역 설치 및 운영 실태에 대한 특정감사를 실시한 결과 공공청사 등의 주차장 165개 중 87개에서 주차구역 미설치, 바닥면 표시 미흡 등의 지적사항 88건을 확인했다.
이번 감사는 9월 2일부터 13일까지 도민감사관과 함께 도청사, 시군청사, 소속기관 청사, 시군도서관 등 도내 165개 공공청사를 대상으로 진행했다.
도는 88건의 지적사항에 대해 시정, 권고 등의 행정조치를 하는 한편 정책의 실효성 확보를 위해 도 조례 소관부서에 일관된 설치·운영 세부기준을 마련해 시군에 권고할 계획이다.
주요 적발 사례를 살펴보면 임산부 주차구역 설치 의무는 지자체별 조례에 따라 다른데, 조례상 임산부 주차구역 설치가 의무임에도 설치하지 않은 23개 시설은 설치하도록 시정조치하고, 조례상 설치 의무가 없는 45개 시설에 대해서도 설치의 필요성 등을 고려해 적극적으로 설치하는 방안을 검토하도록 했다.
