수원시, 무단방치 자동차 일제정리

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원시는 무단방치 자동차를 일제 정리한다.

도로에 장기간 방치돼 관리되지 않는 자동차, 타인의 토지(아파트·사유지)에 정당한 권한 없이 2개월 이상 방치된 자동차가 정리 대상이다.

수원시는 방치자동차 점검반 2개 조를 편성해 방치자동차 민원 신고 다발지역, 주민 이용 빈도가 높은 무료 공영주차장, 자체 적발 지역 등을 10월 14일부터 11월 4일까지 점검할 계획이다.

무단방지 자동차에는 견인안내문을 부착한 후 소유주에게 적법처리요청서를 발송한다. 처리가 이뤄지지 않으면 자진처리 명령 후 강제처리 행정절차를 진행한다. 자동차관리법은 자동차 무단방치 시 1년 이하 징역 또는 1000만 원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정한다.
