[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시가 2026년 3월 시행 예정인 의료ㆍ요양 등 지역 돌봄 통합지원을 준비하기 위해 지난 15일 시청 글로벌센터에서 전담팀(TF) 출범과 함께 첫 회의를 개최했다.
2024년 3월 제정된 ‘의료ㆍ요양 등 지역 돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률’은 노쇠와 장애 등으로 일상생활에 어려움을 겪는 국민이 살던 곳에서 계속 건강한 생활을 영위할 수 있도록 지원하는 내용을 담고 있다.
이는 그간 분절적으로 제공되던 보건의료, 장기 요양, 일상생활 돌봄서비스를 대상자 중심으로 지역에서 통합 연계해 제공하도록 규정하고 있다.
