(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천시가 오는 31일 오후 2시 틈문화창작지대에서 인천시립미술관 건립·개관을 위한 시민참여 공개포럼을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 시민참여 공개포럼은 2024 인천시립미술관 건립·개관 사전홍보 프로젝트의 마지막 프로그램으로 각계 전문가, 지역미술계, 시민들이 모여 인천시립미술관에 대한 공감대를 형성하기 위해 마련한 자리다.
‘다양한 우리가 함께 만들어 가는 미술관’을 주제로 하는 포럼은 김충진 인천시 문화체육관광국장의 개회사를 시작으로 임성연 무소속컴퍼니 대표가 사회를, 변순영 인천문화재단 문화사업본부장이 공유토론 좌장을 맡아 진행할 예정이다.
신수경 한국근현대미술사학회 회장·기혜경 홍익대학교 교수·조경재 프로젝트 스페이스 코스모스 대표·김노암 휴아트&미디어랩 대표가 발제자로 참여해 인천미술사 연구의 방향성, 국내외 미술관 건립/개관 사례와 변화 양상, 지역성을 기반으로 한 차별화된 미술담론, 미래지향적이며 지속 가능한 미술관에 대해 발표하며 이어진 토론에는 차기율 인천대학교 조형예술학부 교수·정지은 성북문화재단 문화도시정책추진단장·염지희 2024 인천미술 올해의 작가가 패널로 참여한다.

인천시는 전문가 연구세미나와 시민 공개포럼을 통해 제시된 논의와 내용을 결과 자료로 제작해 인천시 홈페이지와 사전홍보 프로젝트를 위한 웹페이지에 게시해 관심있는 누구나 확인할 수 있도록 공개할 예정이다.

또한, 인천시 시립박물관이 지난 15일 ‘소성진중일지’번역 해제 학술연구용역 중간 보고회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
박물관에 따르면,‘소성진중일지’는 1871년 간행된 책으로, 신미양요 당시 인천의 상황을 알 수 있는 귀중한 인천사(仁川史) 자료이다.
시립박물관(이하 박물관)은 해당 자료를 2023년 구입하였으며, 올해부터 원문 한자 활자화, 내용 번역, 해제 작성 등을 내용으로 하는 학술연구 용역을 진행하고 있다.
이번 중간 보고회에는 박물관 및 용역사 관계자, 자문위원회 위원들이 참석해 용역 진행 결과를 검토했다. 자문위원들은 용역의 성공적인 추진을 위한 다양한 의견을 제시했다.

또한, 인천시립교향악단이 17일, 인천의 젊은 음악인 발굴 및 지역 인재 육성을 위해 ‘2025 인천 영 아티스트 콘서트’의 협연자를 공개모집 한다.
‘인천 영 아티스트 콘서트’는 2022년 첫 무대를 열었으며, 이번이 4번째 공개모집이며 올해는 피아노 부문의 경연이 진행된다.
