(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 오는 11월 2일 부천시청 잔디광장에서 시민들이 핸드폰을 내려놓고 책에 집중할 수 있는 ‘디지털 디톡스: 카톡 말고 책톡’ 행사를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이날 시민 누구나 잔디광장 내 마련된 독서 공간에서 만화책 등 인기도서 1,000여 권을 만나볼 수 있다.
독서 공간에는 부천디아스포라문학상 수상작 전시 및 문학창의도시 사업 안내를 위한 홍보 존도 운영된다.
아울러 창의도시 홈페이지에서 설문에 참여 후 핸드폰을 제출하고 60분 동안 독서를 한 시민(선착순 50명)에게는 문화상품권(5천 원)을 제공하는 이벤트도 열린다.
특히 이번 행사는 ‘제2회 부천코스튬플레이 페스타’와 연계해 각종 캐릭터로 분장한 다양한 코스어(코스프레하는 사람)들을 만나볼 수 있고, DJ 음악박스(랜덤 플레이 댄스)·페이스페인팅·코스프레 체험(만덕이네 사진관) 등 다채로운 프로그램이 함께 진행될 예정이다.
조미숙 문화산업과장은 “문학창의도시 부천의 이미지를 더욱 확고히 하고자 코스튬플레이 축제에 맞춰 풍성한 행사를 준비했다”며 “늦가을 시민들이 핸드폰과 소셜미디어에서 벗어나 독서의 즐거움을 느끼는 하루를 보내길 바란다”고 전했다.
