부영그룹은 전 임직원을 대상으로 안전보건경영시스템(KOSHA-MS) 교육을 실시한다고 11월 13일 밝혔다.
부영그룹에 따르면 KOSHA-MS 교육은 본사와 현장 및 영업소 임직원 등 473명을 대상으로 진행한다는 것. 부영그룹 본사는 11월 20일부터 22일까지, 현장 및 영업소는 12월 4일부터 12월 6일까지 각각 교육을 진행한다는 설명이다.
KOSHA-MS 교육은 사회구조의 변화에 따라 달라진 안전보건 패러다임과 산업안전보건법과 중대재해처벌법을 통한 재해예방을 중점적으로 다룬다. 또 사업장 내에서 산업재해가 발생할 수 있는 유해·위험요인을 찾아내 부상 및 질병으로 이어질 수 있는 위험성의 크기가 허용 가능한 범위인지 평가하는 위험성 평가 이론을 실습해 안전 역량을 높인다.
부영그룹은 2019년 한국산업안전보건공단으로부터 ‘KOSHA 18001’ 인증을 취득한 후 ‘안전보건경영시스템(KOSHA-MS)’으로 인증을 전환해 현재까지 유지하고 있다. 안전보건경영시스템은 기업의 최고경영자가 경영방침에 안전보건정책을 선언하고 안전보건 경영체제를 구축하기 위한 활동들을 체계적으로 관리하는 경영시스템이다.
부영그룹은 2024년도 안전보건경영 방침 및 목표를 ‘지금, 나부터 법규 및 규정을 준수하여 안전제일 문화 정착’로 설정하고 그룹 내 안전관리부서를 통해 무재해 사업장 조성에 나서고 있다. 부영그룹은 사업을 진행하고 있는 7개 현장에 대한 안전보건경영시스템 운영 점검을 진행하는 등 근로자의 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 노력하고 있다.
부영그룹 관계자는 “중대재해처벌법이 시행된 이후 각 산업현장에서 안전관리의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 부영그룹은 수시로 안전보건교육과 점검활동을 실시해 안전사고 예방에 만전을 기하겠다”고 전했다.

On Nov. 13, Buoyoung Group announced that it will conduct safety and health management system (KOSHA-MS) training for all employees.
According to the company, the KOSHA-MS training will be held for 473 employees at the headquarters, sites, and sales offices. The training will be held from Nov. 20 to 22 at the headquarters, and from Dec. 4 to Dec. 6 at the field and sales offices, respectively.
The KOSHA-MS training will focus on the paradigm of safety and health that has changed due to changes in the social structure, as well as disaster prevention through the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Fatal Accident Punishment Act. In addition, safety competency is enhanced by practicing the theory of risk assessment, which identifies hazards and risk factors that can cause industrial accidents in the workplace and evaluates whether the magnitude of the risk that can lead to injury and illness is within an acceptable range.
After obtaining the 'KOSHA 18001' certification from the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency in 2019, the group switched to the 'KOSHA-MS' certification and has maintained it to date. A safety and health management system is a management system in which the CEO of a company declares the safety and health policy in the management policy and systematically manages activities to establish a safety and health management system.
The group has set its safety and health management policy and goal for 2024 as “Establishing a safety-first culture by complying with laws and regulations from now on,” and is working to create accident-free workplaces through the group's safety management department. The group is striving to prevent safety accidents among workers by conducting safety and health management system operation inspections at seven sites where it operates.
A representative from the group said, “Since the enforcement of the Fatal Accident Punishment Act, the importance of safety management has been further emphasized at each industrial site. We will do our utmost to prevent safety accidents by conducting safety and health education and inspection activities from time to time.”
