브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 김승연 한화그룹 회장이 2일 신년사를 통해 “성공에 대한 확신을 갖고 신속한 실행과 끊임 없는 혁신을 통해 우리는 앞으로 나아가야 한다”고 밝혔다.
김 회장은 “우리는 지금 그 어느 때보다 예측이 불가능한 도전과 어려움을 마주하고 있다”며 “그러나 진정한 위기는 외부로부터 오지 않는다. 우리가 당면한 과제를 해결하지 않고 외면하면서 침묵하는 태도가 가장 큰 위기의 경고음이다”고 언급했다.

김 회장은 “우리에게 우호적이고 희망적인 상황이라도 한순간에 바뀔 수 있다는 위기의식과 절박함으로, 어떠한 조건에도 흔들리지 않을 한화만의 실력을 갖춸 나가야 할 때”라면서 “인사, 생산, 안전과 같은 경영의 기본활동부터 다시 살펴보고 빈틈 없는 계획과 차질 없는 실행으로 단단히 채워나가야 한다. 그렇게 할 때 불확실한 미래를 돌파해 나갈 우리의 기초 체력 또한 갖춰질 것이다”고 말했다.
계속해서 “다양한 사업들이 세계를 향해 나아가는 상황에 맞게 우리의 전략도 변화할 때이다”며 “단순히 글로벌 시장에 참여하는 것을 넘어 세계 각국의 고객이 요구하는 최고 수준의 경쟁력을 갖춰야 한다”고 덧붙였다.
