이번 방문은 겨울철 한파 속에서도 농산물 공급을 위해 힘쓰고 있는 직원들에게 감사의 마음을 전하기 위한 것이다.
강 회장은 이날 채소류 경매를 참관하며 농산물 수급 상황과 가격 동향을 점검하고, 성수 품목의 공급에 대한 철저한 관리의 필요성을 강조했다. 또한, 중도매인들과의 간담회를 통해 현장의 애로사항과 의견을 청취하며 소통의 시간을 가졌다.
간담회에서는 문영표 서울시농수산식품공사 사장과 함께 농협공판사업장 경쟁력 강화를 위한 심도 있는 논의도 진행되었다. 강호동 회장은 “한파에도 불구하고 농산물 유통을 위해 앞장서는 농업인과 임직원들에게 감사의 마음을 전한다”며, “농협 공판장이 농업인에게 안정적인 판매처가 되고, 소비자에게는 고품질·신선 농산물의 공급처가 될 수 있도록 적극 지원할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
이번 방문은 농협의 농산물 유통 체계 강화와 직원들의 사기 진작에 기여할 것으로 기대된다 .

On February 4, 2025, Nonghyup Chairman Kang Ho-dong visited the Nonghyup Garak Market in Songpa-gu, Seoul, to encourage employees and deliver cold weather supplies. The visit was to express his gratitude to the employees for their hard work in supplying agricultural products despite the cold winter weather.
Chairman Kang visited a vegetable auction to check the supply and demand situation and price trends of agricultural products, and emphasized the need for thorough management of the supply of seasonal items. He also held a meeting with middlemen to listen to their concerns and opinions.
At the meeting, they also had in-depth discussions with Moon Young-pyo, President of the Seoul Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food Corporation, to strengthen the competitiveness of Nonghyup's public fairgrounds. “I would like to express my gratitude to the farmers and employees who are taking the lead in distributing agricultural products despite the cold wave,” said Chairman Kang Ho-dong. ”We will actively support Nonghyup public markets to become a stable sales outlet for farmers and a source of high-quality and fresh agricultural products for consumers.”
