충남 청양군이 지난 10일 충남도청 대회의실에서 4개 기업과 총 172억 원 규모의 합동 투자협약을 체결하며 지역 경제 활성화에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이번 협약으로 청양군은 올해 총 282억 원의 투자 유치 성과를 올렸다.

보령우유는 1만6500㎡ 규모의 공장을 신설하고 80명을 신규 고용할 예정이며, 옐로우팜은 5000㎡ 규모의 공장을 건립해 180명의 일자리를 제공한다. 우아한 한끼는 논산에서 청양으로 사업장을 이전하면서 9000㎡ 규모의 공장을 신축하고 31명을 추가 고용한다. 함지박 역시 5000㎡ 규모의 공장을 신설하며 41명을 채용할 계획이다.
