열 번째 시공명리학 칼럼에서 살펴볼 이야기는 지난 4월 4일, 윤석열 전 대통령 파면을 인용한 문형배 헌법재판관 사주입니다.
아래의 사주를 살펴보면, 정화(丁火)는 병화(丙火) 태양 빛을 집약한 열기를 상징하므로 물질, 육체를 생산하는 에너지이기에 ‘물질 지향적’입니다. 하지만 정화(丁火) 일간이 축월(丑月) 일지에 해수(亥水)까지 있기에 여름과 가을에 열매를 수확하는데 쓰지 못하고 정해(丁亥)와 기토(己土)를 임정기 삼자(壬丁己 三字), 엄청난 집중력으로 학업에 활용하였습니다.

년주 갑진(甲辰)은 신자진 삼합(申子辰 三合) 운동을 마감하여 수기(水氣)가 마르면서 갑목(甲木)이 뿌리내리지 못하기에 어려운 가정 형편에서 유소년기를 보냈다고 합니다. 하지만 정축(丁丑)의 시기(16세부터 30세까지)에 이르러 안정적으로 뿌리내릴 터전 축토(丑土)를 만나자 갑목(甲木)의 뿌리 내림이 수월해졌습니다.
또 정화(丁火)는 열에너지이기에 강력한 수기(水氣)에 열기를 빼앗기는 것을 극도로 꺼리는데 갑목(甲木)이 수기(水氣)를 흡수하는 방식으로 정화(丁火)의 체성을 유지해줍니다. 이런 이유로 독지가 김장하 선생의 후원을 받으면서 무사히 학업을 마칠 수 있었다고 합니다.

굳이 김장하 선생을 언급하는 이유는 문 재판관의 사주팔자 년(年)에 있는 갑목(甲木)이 정화(丁火) 열기를 유지하도록 돕는 없어서는 안 될 소중한 존재이기 때문입니다.
문 재판관에게 김장하 선생은 바로 그런 존재였습니다. 올바른 길로 나아갈 수 있도록 버팀목 역할을 했던 정신적 스승이었기에 헌법재판관으로서의 그가 존재하였습니다.
일반적으로 사주팔자 년(年)과 월(月)에서 갑(甲)년 정축(丁丑)월로 조합하면 학문과의 인연이 깊고 축토(丑土)의 도둑, 강도와 같은 속성을 교화하는 법조, 검경과의 인연도 강합니다. 문 재판관도 월주 정축(丁丑)의 시기에 28회 사법고시에 합격한 후, 사법연수원(18기)을 수료하고 부산지방법원 판사로 공직생활을 시작하였습니다. 특히 년주 갑목(甲木)은 국가를 상징하는 궁위(宮位)로 공정한 법을 상징하고 월주 정축(丁丑)에 올곧은 지혜로 뿌리내리기에 공정한 법을 판단하고 실행하는 판사에 어울립니다.
