(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 7일, 주택 임대차 계약 신고제의 계도기간이 5월 31일 종료됨에 따라, 6월 1일 이후 체결하는 계약부터는 30일 이내 신고하지 않거나 거짓으로 신고할 경우 과태료가 부과된다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, ‘주택 임대차 계약 신고제’는 주택 임대차 시장의 실거래 정보를 투명하게 공개하고, 임대인과 임차인 간 정보 비대칭을 해소하기 위해 2021년 6월 1일부터 시행됐다.
그동안 제도의 안정적 정착과 시민 편의를 위해 4년간 계도기간을 거쳐 과태료 없이 안내 중심으로 운영해 왔다.
계도기간이 5월 31일 종료됨에 따라, 6월 1일 이후 체결한 임대차 계약은 30일 이내 신고하지 않거나 거짓으로 신고할 경우 과태료가 부과된다.
과태료는 지연 신고 시 계약금액과 지연 기간에 따라 최소 2만 원부터 최대 30만 원까지, 거짓 신고의 경우 100만 원이 부과된다.
신고 대상은 보증금 6천만 원 초과 또는 월 차임 30만 원 초과 주택이다.
신고는 주택 소재지 관할 행정복지센터를 방문하거나, 부동산거래관리시스템을 통한 온라인 접수, 또는 스마트폰·태블릿을 활용한 간편인증 방식의 모바일을 통해 가능하다.
