(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구가 19일, 항공사진을 활용해 위반건축물에 대한 행정조치에 나선다고 밝혔다.
남동구에 따르면, 구는 지난 3~4월 2개월간 2023년 항공사진 판독 성과품 1,830여 개 중 위반건축물로 추정되는 269개소를 대상으로 현장 조사를 진행했다.
항공사진 측량 및 분석은 2년마다 이뤄지며, 이번 조사는 측량 결과 위반건축물로 추정되는 건에 대한 정확한 확인 및 행정조치를 목적으로 추진됐다.
조사 결과 주요 위반 사례는 다세대, 다가구, 단독 주택의 발코니를 무단으로 증축하거나 옥상에 창고를 무단 설치하는 행위 등이었다.
건물 뒤편이나 나대지에 허가나 신고 없이 무단으로 가설건축물을 설치하는 사례도 적발됐다.
남동구는 현장 조사 결과를 토대로 허가, 신고 내역 등을 종합 검토해 건축법상 위반 여부를 판단, 하반기부터 위반건축물에 대한 행정조치를 진행할 계획이다.
위반건축물로 판명되면 시정명령 기간 자진 정비해야 하며, 건축물대장에 ‘위반건축물’이 표기돼 각종 인허가가 제한될 수 있다.
또, 기간 내 자진 정비하지 않을 경우 정비 시까지 매년 이행강제금이 부과된다.
