(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 20일, 5월 학부모와 학생을 대상으로 온라인 진로 특강을 진행한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육처에 따르면, 학부모를 위한 ‘자녀의 꿈을 디자인하는 학부모 5월 진로특강’은 20일과 27일 학부모 600여 명을 대상으로 인천사이버진로교육원에서 온라인으로 진행한다.
20일에는 ‘책 속에서 내 자녀 진로 탐색’을 주제로 자녀와의 독서 기반 소통법, 발달 단계별 독서지도 전략, 진로 탐색 방법 등이 다뤄진다.
27일에는 ‘비폭력 대화로 자녀와 소통’ 특강을 통해 자녀의 심리·정서 이해와 효과적인 진로·학업 대화법을 소개한다.
학생 대상 ‘꿈을 디자인하는 5월 진로특강’은 21일과 28일, 초·중·고생 1,000여 명을 대상으로 온라인에서 열린다.
특강에는 진로진학멘토단 소속 현직 전문가 18명이 참여해 직업 현장 경험과 진로 설계 노하우를 전달한다.
21일에는 물리치료사, 성우, 배우, 3D프린터 전문가 등 다양한 직업인의 역할과 일과, 필요 역량을 소개하고, 28일에는 프로게이머, 만화작가, AI·SW 전문가, 웹디자이너 등 학생 선호도가 높은 미래 유망 직업을 중심으로 특강이 진행된다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 20일 열린 ‘2025년 성별영향평가위원회’에서 올해 추진할 10개 성별영향평가 과제를 선정했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 성별영향평가는 정부 정책이 성별에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석해 성차별을 개선하고 양성평등을 실현하는 제도로 인천교육청은 2021년 조례 시행 이후 매년 평균 50건의 평가를 진행하고 있다.
위원회는 이상돈 부교육감을 위원장으로 내부 위원 5명과 외부 전문가 6명 등 총 11명으로 구성됐다.
선정된 과제는 인천교육홍보추진단 운영, 주민참여예산위원회 운영, 강화에듀투어 연수 운영, 학교중심 독서·인문교육 지원 강화, 청소년환경회의, 중등수석교사제 운영, 진로교육중심학교 운영 지원, 플레이던트 활성화 지원, 학교폭력전담조사관 운영, 돌봄학교 운영 등 10개 분야다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “성별영향평가 제도를 적극 운영해 성평등한 교육정책 실현에 앞장서겠다”고 말했다.
