(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 오는 22일부터 음식점 주방문화개선 및 위생수준 향상을 위한 ‘음식점 주방 정리·수납지원 사업’ 참여 음식점 15곳을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 이번 사업은 음식점의 주방환경을 전문가의 도움으로 개선하고자 진행되며, 음식점 운영의 효율성 향상과 함께 영업자들의 식품 위생 인식도 변화시켜 기존 참여 업소들로부터 좋은 평가를 받아 왔다.
부평구는 오는 6월 12일까지 참가 신청을 받은 후 선정된 업소에 상담(컨설팅) 전문 강사 3명을 업소에 파견할 예정이다.
파견된 강사는 주방의 냉장고와 식재료 창고 등 정리·수납을 직접 지원한다.
참가를 희망하는 업주는 구 누리집에서 신청서를 내려 받아 구청 3층 위생과에 방문하거나 전자우편을 통해 제출하면 된다.
