세종시가 이달 26일부터 내달 13일까지 건축공사장을 대상으로 우기 대비 안전 점검을 진행한다.
시에 따르면 최근 기상이변으로 빈번해진 태풍·강우에 따른 토사 붕괴, 침수, 낙하물 사고 등의 위험이 더욱 커지고 있는 만큼 현장별 취약 요소에 대한 사전 점검을 더욱 꼼꼼히 한다는 계획이다.
이번 점검에는 행정중심복합도시건설청, 국토안전관리원, 한국전기안전공사, 세종남·북부 소방서, 세종시건축안전자문단 등 관계기관과 전문가 등이 참여한다.
점검 대상은 관내 건축공사장 중 공정률 90% 미만 현장으로, 향토유물 박물관, 공공 임대형 지식산업센터, 창고시설 등 모두 20곳이다.
주요 점검 사항은 우기 대비 수방대책 등 안전관리대책 수립 및 이행여부 ,굴착사면, 배수시설, 흙막이 지보공 등 시공 및 관리상태 ,거푸집, 동바리, 비계 설치 상태 등이다.
시는 점검 결과 현장관리 상태가 미흡한 현장은 보완 조치하고 필요시 재점검을 시행할 계획이다.
또한, 폭염으로 인한 열사병 등 작업자 안전사고 예방을 위해 근로자 쉼터, 휴식공간 제공 등 적정 여부도 점검하고 현장에서 행정 지도를 병행할 방침이다.
