부평구, 2025년 재난관리평가 ‘최우수’ 기관 선정

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 10일,  행정안전부에서 실시한 2025년 재난관리평가에서 인천 10개 군·구 중 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 구는 전국 226개 기초자치단체 중에서도 우수 기관으로 선정됨에 따라 행정안전부 장관 표창과 특별교부세 등 별도의 포상도 받게 됐다.

행안부는 매년 중앙부처, 지방자치단체 등 재난관리책임기관을 대상으로 재난의 예방·대비·대응·복구 등 단계별 재난관리 전반을 6개 분야 지표에 따라 종합적으로 평가한다.

부평구는 행정·재정 관리 리더십, 위기 관리, 수습 및 복구 분야 등에서 우수한 평가를 받았다.

차준택 구청장은 “이번 평가에서 미흡한 분야는 철저히 보완하고 우수한 분야는 더욱 발전시켜, 평가뿐만 아니라 실제 상황에서도 재난관리 역량을 발휘·강화하여 구민이 안전한 ‘안심부평’을 만들겠다”고 말했다.
