(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 7월 11일까지 ‘모범·상생관리단지’ 선정을 위해 7월 11일까지 신청을 받는다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면,‘모범·상생관리단지’는 입주민 주거복지 향상, 자치관리 기능 강화, 공동체 활성화 기반 조성 등을 목적으로 매년 시행되는 사업이다.
부천시는 선정된 관내 우수 관리단지를 경기도 평가대상으로 추천하며, 최종적으로 ‘국토부 우수 관리단지’ 후보로 연계할 계획이다.
신청 대상은 부천시 내 의무관리대상 공동주택 및 150세대 이상 주상복합 건축물이다.
단, 임대주택, 사용승인 1년 이내인 공동주택, 최근 2년 이내 모범·상생관리단지로 선정된 공동주택 등은 신청 대상에서 제외된다.
부천시는 공동주택관리 지원단 심사를 거쳐 종합점수 70점 이상을 받은 단지를 ‘부천시 모범·상생관리단지’로 선정하고, 이를 경기도 평가 대상 단지로 추천할 예정이다.
최종 선정된 단지에는 공동주택 보조금 지원사업 가점 부여, 선정단지 인증 동판 수여, 3년간 도 기획감사 유예, 유공자 표창 등 다양한 혜택이 주어진다.
