【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구문화재단(이사장 배광식) 산하 구수산도서관과 서변숲도서관이 오는 7월, 대구시육아종합지원센터와 함께 영유아와 부모가 함께 참여하는 체험형 프로그램 ‘공통부모교육’을 운영한다.
이번 교육은 단순한 정보 전달을 넘어, 부모와 아이가 함께 오감으로 체험하며 관계를 돈독히 할 수 있도록 기획된 프로그램이다. 시각, 촉각, 미술, 체육 등 다양한 감각 발달 활동을 중심으로 구성돼, 영유아의 발달 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 체험이 이뤄진다.
구수산도서관은 7월 1일부터, 서변숲도서관은 7월 9일부터 각각 4회씩 프로그램을 진행한다. 대상은 2020~2023년생 영유아로, 연령대에 따라 활동 내용도 다채롭다.
2022~2023년생은 ‘습자지를 찢어 날려보아요’, ‘생일케이크를 만들어 축하해요’ 등 놀이 중심의 미술 활동에 참여하며, 2020~2021년생은 ‘싹뚝싹뚝 미용실 놀이해요’, ‘신문지 공으로 볼링 놀이해요’ 등 역할극과 신체활동을 체험하게 된다.
도서관 관계자는 “책을 읽는 공간을 넘어, 아이들이 몸으로 배우고 부모와 소통하는 도서관이 되기를 바란다”며 “지역 안에서 건강한 양육문화가 뿌리내리는 데 작은 기여가 되기를 기대한다”고 전했다.

A library official said, “We hope that the library will become a place where children can learn with their bodies and communicate with their parents, beyond a space for reading books,” adding, “We hope that this will make a small contribution to the establishment of a healthy parenting culture in the region.”
